📅 First shoot / paid trial week of February 13th, 2026 (1 day only)
If successful, this will become an ongoing engagement of 2 shoots a month (5-6 hours each)

Required:
Current or former registered nurse
Strong English speaker
Charismatic personality that translates well to video
Passionate about helping nurses succeed
WHAT
Million Dollar Nurse is a new YouTube channel helping nurses advance their careers by making nursing education visual and entertaining.
Produced for Clipboard Health, an American marketplace connecting healthcare facilities with staff, our content will focus mainly on education on the following topics:
Finance:
What nursing specialities pay the most
Best nursing side hustles
Lifestyle:
How to avoid burnout as a nurse
How to get better sleep as a nurse
Education:
Best study tips to pass the NCLEX
How to study when you’re exhausted
Note: These videos will be targeted towards the American nursing system, so some videos will speak specifically to the system in the US. We do not expect you to have any knowledge on this & will provide fully written scripts for all videos. For topics you ARE knowledgeable on, you will have the creative freedom to adjust the scripts based on your own expertise.
WHEN
The first shoot for this project will be 1 day during the week of February 13th, 2026 and will serve as a PAID TRIAL for this concept.
If approved, the project will shoot on an ongoing basis twice monthly
Each shoot will be approximately 5-6 hours long.
WHERE
This project will shoot in Downtown Toronto*
*You may live anywhere in the GTA but must be able to get yourself to set
